ABOUT

Suzanne Friedman (Suz) is a Boston-based songwriter and musician. Her acoustic tunes have the perfect touch of folk, pop, rock, and blues. Friedman draws inspiration from the people that come in and out of her life and the places she has lived and visited. The authenticity in her music is captivating. 

Friedman is very involved in the Boston area open mic circle and plays regularly at venues including Article 24, , Devlin's, The Gaff, Lizard Lounge, and Terry O'Reilly's. After entering this community, Suz has played gigs in the greater Boston area and hopes to continue this trend. 

Prior to singing in Boston, Friedman was a regular "busker" in Burlington, VT. where she lived during her college years. She belted her music on Church St. and grew the confidence to hop on stage and play in front of people at any venue. 

Suzanne is currently traveling the U.S., busking, and playing shows along the way. She has most recently busked in Boulder, CO and played shows outside Glacier National Park in Montana. Stay tuned for upcoming performances in the "shows" section of the website!
